Segments. Tonight he is covering a House Armed Services committee report on *'s signing statements. " 78% " of *'s signing statements "have raised constitutional or legal objections, compared with only 18% of all of President Clinton's."

Abrams gives an example of this problem using the law which protects whistle blowers that inform Congress of wrong doing and *'s "undermining" of that law with his signing statement. * re-writes it saying the Executive branch will "determine" who can give information to Congress.

This issue must be confronted by Congress or the Courts "over mis-execution of the law" in order to resolve this problem.

* promised to change the culture of Washington and indeed he has..."for the worse."

Thank you Dan Abrams. Keep up the good work.
