15. I agree sort of, I believe the corporate media is working against Edwards.
I believe they realize he connected with the people on an emotional level during the New Hampshire debate, when he spoke of this being personal, because of his parents or grandparents working in the mill. That having the courage to fight the out sized power of corrupt corporations' stranglehold on our dysfunctional government couldn't be done as an academic or philosophical exercise. He went on to say, that's why he wouldn't accept pac money and he wouldn't have any corporate or foreign government lobbyists in his administration. I believe that was his finest moment during the debate and I also believe the media for certain and possibly Hillary Clinton realized that was his finest moment as well.

Afterwords, all three networks, ABC, CBS, and NBC simultaneously synchronized their coverage of Hillary Clinton showing emotion and using the word personal as well, at the very beginning of their evening newscasts. I kept surfing between the networks and nary missed a word, I thought for an instant they had merged as one network ACNBCS or something to that effect. Then PBS's News Hour with Jim Lehrer began their show with the same coverage.

Where I differ with your opinion is that I believe they did it to prop Hillary's faltering campaign up and attempt to neutralize Edward's momentum after that debate.

The way I see it, the corporate media view the American People, not so much as citizens or even clients but as customers or consumers to be swayed by their marketing. The corporations that Edwards proclaims to take on,are their clients and this is why they're ignoring him or propping Clinton up.
