disaster... it is not exclusive to the US.
I could tell you stories of army abuse south of the border during the floods of '97
Or the horror stories I've heard from '71... yes they make NOLA look like a damn walk in the park... yes they are that horrible
What about the Mexico City Quake in '86
Or the explosion a year before?
These are the times when people in power structures take advantage... my cynical self told me... things are going very well, but once the cameras are off.. WATCH OUT!
