While I dont agree with that opinion
I dont expect to change their mind by calling them names and bullying them.
If anything, doing that will only make them run away faster.

Maybe you could tell the poster that you understand the frustration and ask them to take a few moments to calm down and explain their position in a more constuctive manner.

Instead, what you guys do, repeatedly, is take a person who is obviously distraught and not thinking straight and re-inforce their shitty feelings about being here.
