...According to a criminal complaint, Howell unlawfully entered the residence of David Howell and destroyed photographs of his (the pair appear to have been married, but the current status of that union is unclear)...

Now, here's the most important part: The incident took place in June 2006; she was due in court on April 9, 2007. The contempt warrant was signed on April 18--nearly five months ago. I wonder what went wrong--did she just forget, or did she decide to keep it QUIET?
