12. IIRC, the towers collapsed, 3000 people died, the emergency phones did not work,
people were told to stay in their offices, emergency crews were not evacuated, and the rescue workers were all exposed to godknowswhat which was hidden from them, all on his watch.

I would call that a bad day. But if you march down the street with your minions all around you, you get to be a hero.
