Panel Discussion - The Conservatism and Liberalism of the 1960's: Then and Now

Saturday, June 30, at 11:30 AM

Upon the republication of Barry Goldwater's "The Conscience of a Conservative" and John Kenneth Galbraith's "The New Industrial State" a panel of political and historical observers gather to discuss the conservatism and liberalism of the 1960's and it's relation to modern politics. Opening remarks are given by Barry Goldwater's granddaughter, CC Goldwater and John Kenneth Galbraith's son, James K. Galbraith.
