Horse, my parents are from Cleveland and I have oodles of relatives there (both conservative and liberal). They regard him as a joke. And he used to spout some of the worst new age anti-science tin foil hat conspiracy junk although he has toned it down for the last couple of elections to try to "appear" more mainstream.
