Just to be clear, I'm not saying they sold them a dirty bomb. You may very well be right about it being a bogeyman. I'm saying the transaction itself is suspicious on the face of it, not just because of the characters involved, but because we're talking about the potential for abuse. Obviously, I'm not the only one alarmed by this, my sources aren't necessarily convinced this is on the up and up either.
