36. Okay, I used to teach where we had a strict dress code.
There is no way in heck that kind of behavior would've been tolerated from any teacher, administrator, or policeman (they covered our dances). Not ever.

The others helping the cop seem to be teachers, from their size and what they do, but also horrifying is that no one walking by seems to notice or care. I would've taken one look at that and turned around to get the principal or asst. principal immediately.

My gut as a teacher says that the young man probably was talking back a bit (kids never like being reminded to tuck in their shirts), but there is never, ever, not in a million years any kind of reason for a violent reaction to any backtalk.
