I re-read that line and think it can be taken in more than one way.
"it is to acquire another television network so that there is not just FOX, but multiple sources of alternative information that will do a much better job than we did in 2008 to keep things honest."
Is he really saying Fox did a bad job of keeping things honest or that Fox did a bad job of keeping OTHERS honest? Sounds to me like he's lobbying support for a sister station who will help give Fox credibility as well as keep others honest.
Not sure its the big admission it appears, depending on how its read. And no, i'm not a Fox/repub/conserv supporter in any way, haha.
