323. I have quit for the second time.
It's been more than a year. The first time I quit I used Zyban. It caused my blood pressure to zoom and I had a stroke. Please use caution and make sure you can check your pressure yourself to eliminate this problem. Fortunately, the stroke was not seriously deteriorating, though it did present some problems; the main one concerns my creativity. I am an artist and the stroke seriously affected my drive to paint. The ability is still there, but while it used be an imperative, it's now a whatever.

BTW, the Zyban did help me to quit. However, when I started smoking again, after three years not smoking, I quit cold turkey rather than have a chance of a complication. I still miss smoking dreadfully and the food does not taste better. I feel cheated. LOL

I'm very glad I stopped again. This time it will stick. It's a nasty habit and the costs are exorbitant.
