60. I think so as well, and I think Leopold's sources feel this as well
they are able to see where Fitz is headed and hence is why they are talking to Leopold, also they wouldn't be talking to Leopold just for the hell of it. In other words they(the sources) are only talking about situations and events that they are fairly certain on.
upon thinking about the sources and what they have to gain and lose by talking to Leopold leaves me with this thought,
