What's wrong with writing letters and calling Congress directly? What's wrong with running copies of the petition and passing them around in Congress, seems to me with the stakes as high as they are an ad in the Congressional newspaper is like peeing on a wildfire. Congress knows what we want. They better get off their ass and start doing it.
