If you think these do lead back to shapeshifting lizards from space, please provide evidence. I got a hunch though that you don't believe any of the above are conspiracies.
Just because David Icky and you say that all conspiracies lead back to shape shifting lizards and half a dozen other alien races, doesn't mean it's true - not does it mean that any significant amount of people believes it.
