the media is going to spin this only against him and play it off as only a cheap political ploy. They will be ruthless, and so will Dem pundits angry that a Dem would do this for a base.

I said the senator to step outside protocol will get smeared from here to eternity, and by many in his own party.

They did this during BCCI, too. Dems can be their own worst enemies at times.

Please stay tough WITH him and FOR him and every senator who stands with him, because it ain't gonna be pretty.
