Leaving aside the fact that the if Hastert, Reynolds et al had done their jobs, the Foley emails would've come to light last year and Foley would never had been on the ballot, CREW gave the emails to the FBI in July -- the Florida primary was in September. Sort of blows apart the "wait until its too late to take Foley off the ballot" argument.
