30. Is there some penalty for breaking this law?
Can those who ignore this law against using uncertified machines be sent to prison for years, or is it one of the laws which apparently have no penalty, like the laws against domestic espionage or starting illegal wars?

If this law has no teeth, it will be broken. I guarantee it. But if it carries a stiff penalty, we can send a few politicos to jail for a few years and teach them not to do this again.

(I think I'm becoming a broken record on the "imprison the bastards so they don't do it again" theme. But I consider it our top priority.)
