Most homeless people are so scared they don't even look at other people. I think you're overreacting and have some serious misconceptions about homeless people.
Yes, many are mentally ill. But that doesn't make them dangerous. When have you ever heard of a homeless person attacking a non-homeless person?
Or better yet, how many times have we read about teens attacking homeless people?
