President Bush: No War Powers according to U.S. Attorney General
Well, there goes another one of Bush's bullshit spin excuses. He doesn't really have any war powers, BECAUSE WE'RE NOT AT WAR!

So, why in the hell is he spying on us? Why is he listening to phone conversations, reading E-mail, monitoring bank transactions, and all the other crap he's doing? He has no business AND NO AUTHORITY to be doing any of it!

Congress did not give him Carte Blanche when they gave the go ahead to use military force.

George Bush = Criminal.
