Andy is one of the best friends I will ever have. Though I only got acquainted with him in the fall of 2002. I went to Seattle to visit him ln 2003, and had a blast. He spent Christmas of 2004 with my family, and they took to him immediately. And I am so grateful that he was able to come here to celebrate that holiday with someone he loved. My family (even the repukes) loved him as well.
He seemed fine when he visited us, although the cancer must have been in him then. It was not until January that his symptoms began appearing. And such a shock and roller-coaster ride it was...given the increasingly dire diagnoses.
