all but says the elections were stolen - which means that both Gore and Kerry won their elections with the greatest number of votes cast for any president in an election and Kerry won by 5 million votes against an incumbent president.

And before that he opines the reason HE won and Gore and Kerry didn't is because he understood southern voters better and could speak to them.

Did Gore and Kerry win with the most votes in history or did they lose because they didn't speak to southern voters?
