As a former(fairly lousy semipro) baseball player, I can tell you that hitting a baseball is the single hardest thing to do in sports and Bonds has done it consistently over the years and against Major League pitching. I believe the media hates him because he refuses to kiss their lily white asses. To me he seems like a ballplayer who just wants to be left alone to play ball. Besides, who can prove what homers were hit while he was allegedly juiced? Nobody.
