That case is almost certainly going to come before the Court. He's just not going to answer anything apecific about it.

Schumer killed him with the abortion line of questioning. It's not that important how he would rule. He can't say that, anyway. What Schumer hammered was that he won't tell the committee right now what he believes, when he proudly touted his belief before. He's not being honest to the committee. THAT is the importance of the abortion questions.
