She said her lawyer has also made this suggestion, so she says it's good to hear some confirmation from other people. She will probably post here again, but I can't PM you yet, so I just wanted you to know that she said she is very grateful to you for your post, and to all the people at DU for their support.

I will send her a link to your above post, since they seem to think now that this might be a possible way to go. Maybe it will be helpful to her also.
