It will be interesting see if Sean really has the courage of his convictions to follow through won't it?

Will you be enlisting anytime soon? It would be a great way to REALLY show your support for President Bush and the war in Iraq!
You're of age, and they need new recruits. Come on, show your patriotism!

I'm 16, and yes im considering going into the marines when of age. I would consider it a great honor to fight for my country and I hope you feel the same.

Don't "consider" it. Follow through on your convictions and enlist.
I am 40, already disabled and although I do consider it an honor to serve this country, I do not support wars based on lies and consider it a DISHONOR to our armed services that the President has violated a sacred trust and sent our troops into harms way in Iraq where it was not necessary.
I'm wondering if you felt your teacher did not offer an alternative point of view in your class, why not prepare a presentation for the entire student body citing the successes of the Bush presidency for the past six years and support your position with facts and other data so that the other side is presented instead of possibly costing your instructor his job for sharing his opinion which he clearly stated he did not expect everyone to share?
You might want to educate yourself regarding the Constitution also instead of spending so much time celebrating your "victory" with Sean Hannity:
Amendments available to U.S. citizens:
1:
Religion (free exercise, establishment) Speech Press Assembly Petition
4: Search and seizure
5:
Double jeopardy Self-incrimination Just compensation
6: (protection has been diluted)
Speedy trial Public trial Jury trial Impartial Jury Notice of charges Confrontation Compulsory Process Counsel
8: Cruel and unusual punishment
Good luck with your life, I think once your 15 minutes of celebrity are up and you get older you may look back on this episode a little differently in how you have turned another man's life upside down because he committed the "crime" of stating an OPINION you did not agree with.
