How many people have died so we can maintain our way of life, not just the USA, but much of Western Europe? He has just put it in insane terms, but make no mistake, this country, and others as well, have killed a lot of people not to merely make us "safe" but to maintain our economic system and way of life. I mean, is this guy willing to rave "I would kill half a million Iraqis so I can fill up my car"? No, I do not think so...but in the context of Terrorism, the guy can rationalize whatever he wants.

on edit: I mean, c'mon......our ancestors killed nearly the entire native population so we could enjoy this continent in our own particular fashion. Sure, we feel lousy about it now, but I don't see a lot of folks heading back to the places their ancestors came from.......
