I know there's an automatic recount if the margin is less than 1/2 %, but what if Allen wins by more than that? The Virginia election page has the margin at .56% with 96.81% of precincts in.

Does Webb have to challenge the results in court? Would the courts let him do it?

Can anybody from VA (or elsewhere, for that matter) fill me in on this?
