4. Anyone remember his nuke memo?
Where Bush argued--before 9-11--that there were seven nations we would be justified using first strike nuclear attacks against? They claimed the memo was just a position analysis, but knowing Bush's history, it's more like his fondest dream. He's like Herostratus, who burned the Temple of Artemes so his name would always be remembered. Bush would love that kind of noteriety.
