15. The more power someone has...
The more we should question. That's just a matter of course. That does not mean we should attack him personally at all, and that does not mean we cannot have empathy for what happened to his son. That is tragic beyond words. We can all understand the pain he must endure.

But he is backing laws across the nation that will endure for generations, and is evidently wielding power in law enforcement throughout the country. No one should have that much power without question or oversight, even if for the best of causes.

You are suggesting giving someone with the power of a congressperson a complete pass. Is that fair to the people?

Iraq was a good cause as well.
