credibility resides in the RELIABILITY/truthfulness/honesty of what one says/reports/communicates, not in the bogus resumes of those who have become craven in their search for 'success' in the eyes of those who wield power, thus granting the opportunity for their words to be heard/seen/read.

I can't think of a single TV 'journalist' at this moment who I'd trust as far as I could throw him. as for other types, they aren't ones given any media cognizance, like Robert Parry or Jason Leopold. most people don't even know who they are

the lines are blurred, and whether or not he's a newsperson is irrelevant, really

you say in one voice that he's not to be taken seriously cause he's not a credible newsperson. fine. who cares about that?

does it diminish the impact of what he has to say?

if joe schmuck came in off the street and got up on the podium, said what he said, does it make the words any less true, any less scathing?

truth is truth, no matter who the teller
