58. Miami is the place!
Florida is crucial to winning elections and there are a lot of Cuban and hispanic votes there. We NEED that state, so we must come there. We also need a good show. I could see Bill Clinton, Eliot Spitzer who will be governor of NY, Al Gore, Barack Obama, Ken Salazar, Ted Kennedy, Al Sharpton (again who was GREAT at the 2004 convention), Hillary(especially if shes the nominee), Gov. Warner(D-Va), HOWARD DEAN, because he has to open it up anyway, and others. I hope Gore runs, contrary to what matthews said on hardball a few days ago. If he's the nominee, then we need Bubba to introduce him. It would bring back the Clinton Gore nostalgia, but with a NEW new democrat approach. That approach would be pro-choice, anti-terrorist but not Bush imperislist so we could spread the idea of alliances in place of war, health care emphasis of Kerrys plan which was brilliant, and a balanced budget, like with Clinton. Any candidate shoudl run on that platform. But once again, Miami is the place.
