29. I thought the speech was on Thursday

I got the e-mail yesterday, so I thought it would be today.

Comcast in Michigan is now pre-empting CSPAN-2 to bring us Local Bumpkin TV, a.k.a. MGTV (Michigan Government). I'm doing my best to watch CSPAN-2 here on my computer instead. The Comcast rep I talked to said that they will take a complain if you ask them to, and when they next make decisions about cable lineups, they will take them into account. So please, if anyone has Comcast in an area where they're assigning one number to CSPAN-2 and to something else, PLEASE call and ask them to make CSPAN2 a non-shared channel.
