Another race will judge our civilization by our diets. Not just what we eat, but how we cook and how we raise our food.

Hunter-gatherers would be deemed more 'civilized' than urban America.

I woke up thinking we're in trouble, because our food leads miserable lives. Thank goodness for the organic food movement and for California's Prop 2 (requires farmers to provide livestock with enough room to turn around and stretch).


Lately I've been waking up too slowly to remember my dreams. My thoughts wipe them out.
