Basically passed out after 40+ hours awake. Didn't dream, that I recall :thumbsup:

Those are terrifying situations. I'm glad you can relate.

In 1987, I gave up alcohol after some five years of heavy drinking. I started having nightmares immediately. I was a Christian then, and so *learned* to react in my dream, and just call out for "Jesus". I remember the first time I did, I was dreaming that the entire sky was filled with huge tornadoes. People were running scared in every direction. I was standing on a bridge, looked up at the skies, and just started calling that name. It worked. That progressed to where I could take actions to thwart any harm coming to me in a dream. This can be done with any of your deities, I'm sure. Whoever you hold as your protector. Of course, you were doing an excellent job of defending yourself!
