10. Amethyst clusters are great for drawing out pain
I found that placing them over a painful area reduces the pain whether it is a sinus headache, ache of an old bone break or moontime cramps.

When choosing a new crystal I usually go with the first piece I grab but sometimes after holding other pieces I find one that gives me the Goldilocks feeling. After my stepGrandad had a heart attack I went to a new age shop to look at crystals and I grabbed a nice chunk of aventurine (sp?) and did not want to let go before I remembered that aventurine is great for the heart energy. Years ago I was showing my grandparents my crystal collection and he was drawn to a tan piece of jasper so I gave it too him. It was until it lost it a couple years ago that I found out he always carried it in his pocket as his bad hip didn't ache so much when it had it.
