I've been using this every night before going to bed. I have had some effects, although it tends to fade after awhile. I don't know what I did to my left foot (outer side by my ankle) but the past few weeks a pain will make itself known. It is a burning sharp pain that will last several seconds and makes me want to cry. I asked the Medical Assistants to help me with this problem. The first couple days it seemed better, however, it came back and has been a dull pain since then.

When asking for their assistance I ask that they help heal my mind, body and spirit. I go into detail with the bodywork, please help and heal my muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, joints, my organs, my immune system, autoimmune system, my blood and cells. I know that it might be asking for a lot but I need all the help I can get since I can't afford medical care from traditional doctors.

I went to the first link and it mentions an article from the month before about guides. I tried doing a search to find the article but wasn't successful, would you happen to know how I could find it. I'm always interested in learning more about guides and how to communicate with them.
