3. provide her an interpretive discipline (aka divination) as an outlet
try to keep her from the "reading the future" stress that pervades these arts and emphasize its manner to receive decent instruction from the Higher Selves. we all are our greatest teachers, if we learn to listen. i find a steady divination discipline works well in learning HOW to listen (or more appropriately, how to read). and it opens one to wisdom of greater teachers if one is interested in their own time.

another thing she can do is journal her experiences in a diary. that helps get the ideas and experiences out there and no longer cluttering up her head. it is it's own form of self-discipline in a way, but remarkably freeform. it usually is an emotional outlet than a true Higher Self instructor, so it won't necessarily provide the guidance she may need. but it's always great to have a safety valve of sorts.

hope those ideas help! :hi:
