Abraham Hicks says our purpose is to experience Joy. Others I read say the purpose of life is spiritual growth, which seems obviously would lead to Joy. I'm working on that premise.

Before I had ever heard these, at least consciously, a past life regression seemed to leave me with one, what I believed to be, pale conclusion. Find and experience more Joy! I started a development workbook. One exercise had the student write their own definition for positive words. The first three I wrote contained "joy" as part of the definition.

If there was an LBL meeting, they surely told me to go seek Joy.
