I hope you are feeling better. Since the eclipse appears to be 1/7 house event for you it would seem unlikely that its' occurrence and your illness are anything more than coincidence.
Since you've been living through the transit of Pluto squaring your Virgoan stellium for several years it does not seem a stretch that you may be feeling physically and emotionally depleted from this transit. The next planet Pluto will aspect is Mercury (which natally conjuncts your nodal axis)- Mercury is the ruler of your ascendant. A Pluto transit to the chart ruler could, among other things, signal changes to the native's physical body. It would not be over-concern to have any suspected health issues checked by a professional- or just to take better care of yourself. Keep in mind that if changes occur they could be for the better!
