2. I'm doing fine. I'd be doing better if I practiced yoga
:P

Oh, I watched "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" on hulu.com and will be recording the new ones on ABC until it's over. In addition to having bought a set of books on healthier eating by Susan Smith Jones, Jamie's energy always gets me psyched up at improving my cooking and eating habits, too :D

I don't watch the local news here (I haven't in years because I can't stand the sensationlist style of "reporting") so I don't know if yoga is implemented here or not. My guess is not much. The Baptists throw a conniption fit any time something "occult" is suggested, like meditation, or, horror of horrors, sex-education.

Kitteh is at the vet even as I type this, though I expect to be picking him up in an hour or so. This is just the follow-up exam, since he ended his antibiotics on Saturday. He's certainly much better from observing him. Eating better, drinking his water and active again. I still can't get him to stop trying to lay around the wheels of my desk chair here, no matter how much fur he's lost from me moving it around (it's not much, and I don't move if he's around the base, making it difficult for me to get out of the chair sometimes...)

I need to send you something on my story as I did a "restart" on the main-character's day to include something I read about in my book on spirits (something called "Dirt-Woman" if you want to look it up.) It adds a little more to the story and spiritual aspect :)
