It seems that Dean was crowned at 11:11 AM. The chart has several good aspects and shows lots of idealism and growth (Jupiter trine Sun/Mercury/Neptune/Venus; Neptune conjunct Venus; Pluto sextile Sun, Sun sextile Node very exact.
My only concern is that for the 2006 election, Saturn will be opposite the Sun Mercury of this chart and square the Sun in the Dem Party chart. We may not do as well as we would like for that election. There are many other charts including Dean's own to study before we jump to conclusions, but this is not a great sign.
