Dead mouse?
Advertisements [?]
All was fine yesterday. This morning I got the message that "USB Device Not Recognized", then "USB root hub (2 ports), unknown device, unused port". Tried the mouse in all ports, got nothing. Unplugged it, tried again, still nothing; message box said to replace it. So, I bought a new mouse, plugged it in, nuttin. What the heck did I do to cause this? Any ideas? I tried 'system restore' and that didn't help, either. Thanks if you can help me resolve this!

(Computer is Toshiba Satellite L305-S5894, 3GB)
