Too bad you didn't have a newer distro lying around as there has been a lot of wireless support added into the kernel for various devices recently.

Anyway, there is no "linux driver" for it probably. Belkin doesn't support Linux at all. What you'll have to do to get it working is use the Windows driver and ndiswrapper. This is going to require some command line work.
