You'll no doubt consider the source of this info strange, given my recent meatloaf disaster, but mine does usually turn out. I find it easy to make. I make it in the food processor. I first mince the onions, garlic, add egg and spices. Then I add meat and oatmeal and hit pulse a couple of times so as not to over grind the meat. It's easy, but then I need to remember to take it out of the oven on time!
