Grilled the tuna on my george foreman grill, made the sauce - couldn't have been simpler. Even though the blood oranges were a little past their prime it was still delicious. Basmati rice & steamed broccoli worked well as sides. Thank you so much for not only sharing your recipes but taking the time to type them out in simple, clear steps that even a kitchen newbie like me can follow!
