I marinated it all day in a little soy sauce, worcestershire, and balsamic vinegar with kosher salt, coarsely ground pepper, and minced garlic. Threw a couple of butter pats in the cast iron skillet and cooked it to medium rare. It was awesome. So tender and juicy it practically melted in our mouths.
This is our local producer. The website says they don't ship, though. :(
