19. stress aggravates mine
I don't overdue dairy and certain raw fibers, like celery and apples. But I notice that stress is the key difference between seriously painful stomach pain and just annoying bloating. Sometimes if I just lay down and meditate, the pain will go away the most quickly. I never thought to try ginger, will definitely consider it in the future.
