I'd say great, let these folks refuse to vaccinate their kids. The rest of the population will be safe and we might get to witness some evolution in action.
Unfortunately vaccines, while very effective, aren't perfect. Leaving a reservoir for the disease means it will occasionally infect even vaccinated folks. So these people are not only being ignorant and hysterical they're also being quite selfish.
