A party is an event.
If you won't acknowledge that than I don't know what else to say.
The sign says "No Bachelorette Parties"
Not "No Straights"
Not "No Women"
Not "No Jews"
If a group of women walk in that bar, I promise you no one will look twice at them. If they show up with obvious intent to use his establishment as a bachelorette party venue they will be denied entry based on their INTENT to engage in a restricted activity.
